Cookinart was founded in 2012 by Lucia d’Aloisio Mayo, art director, food stylist and restaurant consultant. Always searching for new ways of eating and presenting food, she has made high-level hospitality her mission from the very beginning.
Our mission lies in food and in the excellence of its raw ingredients, in creativity and in its visual expression. Lucia has brought together a team of culinary talents to offer a personal chef and catering service like no other.
Her philosophy unites tradition and innovation: respecting regional recipes and local, zero-kilometre ingredients, and elevating them with modern creativity. We believe every event is special and deserves tailor-made attention.
Based in Rome, Lucia and her team cook in apartments, villas, holiday rentals and yachts across Italy, and work in English with guests from all over the world, from the first email to the last course.
