Fresh Pasta, Made by Your Own Hands
Our pasta making class in Rome is a private, hands-on lesson in the most Italian of skills: turning flour and eggs into silky fresh pasta. A professional chef comes to your apartment, villa or holiday rental with everything needed, and guides you from the first well of flour to the last strand of fettuccine.
You will knead, roll and cut the dough by hand, fill your own ravioli and pair each shape with its classic Roman sauce. Then you sit down together to eat everything you made, often finishing with a tiramisù prepared during the class.
