Your Own Pizza, from Dough to Oven
Our pizza making class in Rome is private, hands-on and a lot of fun. A professional chef comes to your apartment, villa or holiday rental and teaches you how Italians really make pizza: the right flour, a well-rested dough, the stretch by hand and the toppings that belong on it.
Everyone makes their own pizza, from the thin and crispy Roman style to the soft, puffy Neapolitan one. Your home oven is enough, and if your villa has a wood-fired oven, even better. Then you eat together, straight from the oven.

What is the difference between Roman and Neapolitan pizza?
Roman pizza is thin and crispy, while Neapolitan pizza has a soft, puffy crust. In the class you can try both styles.
